ABOUT THE CHEF:
Etan has a culinary degree from the College of Southern Nevada and fourteen years of experience as a garmague chef in a major Las Vegas Hotel. For the past five years, Etan has been the official caterer of Young Israel AISH of Las Vegas.
Etan uses only the finest ingredients. Etan can prepare a variety of dishes for a reasonable price. Some of his specialties include Teriyaki Salmon, Chicken Marsala, Sweet and Sour Meatballs and Brisket.
