If you are planning to visit Las Vegas, we would like to update you on recent developments.
Unfortunately, the Young Israel council & all the Las Vegas rabbis have found the Young Israel Aish rabbi Yitzchak (Yitz) Wyne unfit to continue in his role. As a result, the Young Israel synagogue has changed its name and is now operating under a different name, “Torah Learning Center” (but the rabbi still manages the synagogue).
Attached are the rabbinical ruling and halachic opinion on this matter, which state that one should not pray in the synagogue under Rabbi Wyne.
Baruch Hashem, the community is recovering and working to emerge from this situation.
We are establishing the Yachad community and founding a new Zionist Orthodox synagogue, “Magen David West.”
